Our fees are as good as our service
In order to deliver the best possible service at the best price, we need a full brief from event organisers with all the relevant details of the event, such as where it’s taking place, who will speak, how many are in attendance and a full outline of what will be discussed, if not a full copy of all speeches to be delivered on the day.
We can provide our own audio (tour guide) equipment and can arrange interpreting booths if needed. We can also arrange an off-site service, if required, using the latest remote interpretation software.
These are basic prices for our services. However, we can tailor all services and adjust prices based on any special requirements you may need. Simply get in touch…
Full day rate for each interpreter (eight hours a day with breaks, including one hour for lunch) – £700
Half day rate (up to four hours) – £500
Overtime charged at £60 for every additional thirty minutes to the full day
Outside business hours, time and a half will be charged for work before 7.30 am and after 8pm.
A travel charge is applicable for events outside London.
